Litolier Hotels plans two more hotels

Litolier Group of hotels, has opened ‘Ramada Plaza’ in New Delhi which was set up at an cost of Rs.1000 million. The hotel consists of 419 rooms is on Ashok Yatri Niwas road. The property was earlier owned by ITDC and was purchased by Litolier group at a price of Rs.450 million when ITDC divested. The group currently plans a hotel at Andheri-Kurla road near airport and another one at Goa.

Fortune Group opens new hotel in Noida

Fortune Group opens new hotel ‘ Fortune Inn Grazia ‘ at sector 18 in India. It has 42 well appointed rooms and another 30 standard rooms with 12 Fortune Club class rooms. It also has other luxury offerings as spa, gym, two restaurants styled ‘Earthern Oven’ and ‘Fortune Deli’. Currently, Fortune Group operates 4 hotels at Jammu, Vizag and Pune and its new one in Noida in Fortune Inn class and 26 other class of hotels.

5 Hotels bids announced in Delhi hospitality district

Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) a joint-venture company comprising India Development Fund, GMR Group, AAI, Fraport and Malaysian airport has around 45 acres allotted for hotel in the airport vicinity. It has invited 13 bids to construct hotels and Accor, Hyatt, LemonTree, Interglobe and Bird Group has won 5 hotels in it. The bidders will enter into a long term lease with DIAL for 30 years extendable for a further 30 years. It will also have to pay a annual rental (increasable of 5.5% every year) to DIAL and a intial refundable security deposit. A mix 3-4 and 5 stars are likely to come up on these 45 acres and 8 more bids are still to be evaluated.
