Neemrana Hotel which acquired the property Tijara Fort from Rajasthan Tourism and Development Corp had run into rough weather for 6 years before getting clearance to convert the same to a 60 room luxury hotel. The company had acquired the property for a 60 year lease with annual rent option. Currently, the company had 20 properties over 14 destinations while its Neemrana Fort Palace with 60 room is its flagship hotel.

The palace is known for its bird paintings and private lake.
