Eastern India Hotels Ltd(EIH) which runs Oberoi has obtained permission from Madhya Pradesh government to convert Rajgarh Palace to a luxury hotel on the lines of Amarvilas, Udayvilas etc.,  The palace is situated on 60 acres on the slopes of Managad hills, in Chhatrapur district. 25 kms away from Khajuraho , the famous tourist spots. The palace is known for its bird paintings and private lake.
